Vanessa Lovin has had a varied and experienced past in operations. Starting in one area and evolving over her time in the field, she has held many positions which enabled her to acquire deep experience in every step of the operations process. She consistently performed her duties so well that she was constantly given a workload that would normally be given to 3 or more people.
From 2013 through 2016 she worked as a production control specialist for Toyota in Texas where the monitored and manged all the raw material and finished goods for that plant. In addition to that she performed supply chain planning and procurement for production.
From 2016 through 2017 she worked as a data analyst at Mission Solar Energy doing a very similar set of duties as she did for Toyota but instead applied to solar panels with the addition of accounting.
From 2017 through 2021 she worked as at Tindle doing not only all of her previous duties she had at her prior companies but in addition reading erection drawings, entering parts into BOMs and BOMs into the system, scheduling projects for the year down to a daily schedule for every day, and management of the daily schedule. Not only all that but also her accounting duties grew to encompass performing accounting for the entire division.
From 2021 through 2023 she worked as manager of accounting at New Southwest Windows focused on contracts and accounting. She also performed some of her previous purchasing and scheduling duties but was now responsible for accounting and contracts for San Antonio, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Bonita Springs so was primarily consumed with the work of running those functions for 4 of the companies locations.
