We have a varied team that is structured to be as efficient as possible while also providing a service to the industry in general by helping educate and train younger engineers with real world work and hard problems. Our model is to have extremely experienced and outstanding senior leadership and expertise that guide groups of less experienced yet equally outstanding employees in order to achieve this and therefore are very selective in our team members.
